“Whistleblowing” means any information and/or report regarding suspicious behavior that does not comply with the provisions set forth in the PQE Group’s Ethical Code and its Organizational Model, internal procedures, rules and regulations however applicable to the PQE Group, as well as allegations and complaints received by the PQE Group Management.
If a “whistleblower” intends to make a report regarding:
- violations related to the Organization Model adopted by the Company pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 (including the Ethical Code, which is an integral and substantial part of it)
- unlawful conduct in general

The e-mail is received and read only by members of the Organismo di Vigilanza, who are bound to absolute respect for the principle of confidentiality.
Whistleblowers also have the option of using the “external” reporting channel set up by the National Anticorruption Authority (ANAC)
