Today, within the PQE Group, the CSR Committee was born. A team of professionals whose task is to follow corporate social responsibility projects internationally. Safeguarding water and the marine environment and actions to eliminate gender diversity are the two objectives that PQE Group has set for 2022. Thus, the projects proposed by committee members need to be aligned with these themes. Each team member will be assigned a reference territory and responsible for finding associations to collaborate with to initiate CSR activities that will have to be approved by a Board established for this purpose.
Corporate social responsibility is increasingly crucial for companies. The numbers say it, not the words. Companies that prioritize purpose perform better than others. According to this report, 58% of organizations with a strong and clear sense of purpose experienced 10% or more growth during the last three years. And also, from the perspective of talent detainment, recent research reveals that nearly 70 % of employees say they wouldn’t work for a company without a strong purpose. PQE Group has always been committed to corporate social responsibility activities. But now, these activities are aligned to create an international strategy that can consistently help communities worldwide.

I firmly believe that all of us are the mirror of the future. When we take both a decision and start with action, at that moment, we’re beginning a path that will take us somewhere. In my life since I was a teen, I’ve been actively collaborating with different Associations supporting the weakest. I remember my first shy steps and the others, one by one, which always became a significant result that made me stronger. Today, I’m so proud and happy to be a CSR Committee member, where I have the opportunity to walk with an ambitious team that will surely obtain success in Social Change and Environmental Sustainability too. So, let’s get the ball rolling…the first step toward Change has been taken!
