Italy, October 9th, 2024 – For the fourth consecutive year, PQE Group is among the winners in the 7th edition of the Best Managed Companies Award, which recognizes entrepreneurial excellence in Made in Italy. This award is promoted by Deloitte Private in collaboration with ELITE-Euronext Group, Piccola Industria Confindustria, and with the methodological and strategic support of ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.

“We are very excited about this recognition, which not only validates our commitment to business excellence but also highlights the hard work of our team. Being evaluated on six factors for the award: ‘Strategy,’ ‘Skills and Innovation,’ ‘Commitment and Corporate Culture,’ ‘Governance and Performance Measurement,’ ‘Corporate Social Responsibility,’ and ‘Internationalization and Supply Chain,’ represents a significant achievement for the company. Moreover, the fact that 76% of the awarded companies expect to see revenue growth in the coming year reinforces our belief that we are on the right path to continue expanding and generating value in an increasingly competitive environment,” says Gilda D’Incerti, CEO and founder of PQE Group.

“This seventh edition also highlights the presence of excellent entrepreneurial realities in our country. Through the analysis of the parameters that characterize the Award and are crucial for business management, we have awarded 67 companies that represent the excellence of our productive fabric. In addition to a solid base of awarded companies that have been part of this multi-year growth path, demonstrating how this award values virtuous business management over time, new high-profile entities have joined. In fact, more than one-fifth of the awarded companies are those that joined the program this year, due to their solid and ambitious management capabilities,” comments Ernesto Lanzillo, Partner at Deloitte and Leader of Deloitte Private in the Central Mediterranean area (Italy, Greece, and Malta).

“The evaluation parameters designed and adopted by Deloitte experts and the jury, which led to the awarding of the 67 Italian companies for their managerial capabilities, are elements that we consider fundamental for companies operating in a complex environment like the current one. In a historical phase where the emergence of new technologies is shaping new horizons and business opportunities, organizations must have prepared leadership that is attentive to these new trends, as well as the ability to adapt and reshape their structure in line with new priorities,” concludes Andrea Restelli, Partner at Deloitte and responsible for the Best Managed Companies program in Italy.
